Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address:

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
